Welcome to Tavren Stay ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Tavren Stay provides an online platform that connects users ("Guests") with hotels ("Hotel Partners") offering temporary, day-use room accommodations and amenities. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any booking agreement between you and the Hotel Partner. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of the hotel services.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel Partner. Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. By making a booking, you agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes and fees. You must present a valid ID at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID.
Cancellation and modification policies are set by our Hotel Partners and are clearly displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Tavren Stay is not responsible for any cancellation fees charged by the hotel. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific hotel's policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and to respect the policies of our Hotel Partners during your stay. You are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Any illegal activity or violation of hotel rules may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund and a ban from our Platform.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tavren Stay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavren Stay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or your stay at any hotel booked through our Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
